With over 22 years in the industry, Clay Short works alongside apartment and BTR developers, helping them stabilize assets at an unparalleled pace. From coast to coast, he has successfully completed more than three dozen lease up projects in the past 11 years
In 2014, Clay founded Colorado Lease Up with two goals in mind: to help developers lease up their communities through his proven and strategic consulting and to help managers and owners lease up their buildings through on-site leasing and training.
Developers and managers partner with Clay to learn what renters really want. He always approaches his work with unique professionalism, constantly keeping renters in mind when consulting with developers or training apartment managers and owners. Clay has been involved with and influenced design and marketing plans for several high-profile multi-family projects. He has provided consulting and lease up services for some of the largest developers in the country such as:
- Cortland
- Greystar
- UDR

Kenya is a Colorado native and has been a licensed broker in the state for almost 30 years! She is passionate about matching up clients with their perfect home, and is seasoned in all areas of real estate transactions.
