Holland Partner Group completed this monumental community in 2017. Union features 508 ultra-modern apartment homes with incredible views of Denver and the surrounding neighborhood. Daydream purchased the three-tower asset for $304M in 2019 and Colorado Lease Up was tasked with leasing up nearly 100 vacant units. In the first 30 days on site, CLU and the Daydream team closed more than 60 leases and boosted occupancy by nearly 20%. The team was able to secure record-level rents not seen in the Downtown Denver Market and helped Daydream transition from Holland management. The asset remains a pillar in the Historical Union Station neighborhood and is one of a few high-end communities that contains an entire grocery store (Whole Foods) on the first level. The property has since been re-branded as Sentinel Denver.
